It was a picture-perfect day in Niagara Falls, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Got lots of good exercise, as we walked miles, but oh, the sights we saw. The mist rising from the Falls was visible several miles before we arrived at the magnificent edge overlooking the splendor. The roar, the mist, the sunshine and the people made formed a sensory delight. One could hear the force of the water cascading. The mist engulfed those who came close, making each feel they are one with this moving water. The sunshine brought us the promised "rainbow" God placed in the sky over the water. There were people from all countries, coming together to behold the Lord's beauty. Love was in the air, honeymooners and sweethearts bringing smiles to each other and all who pass by.
I was reminded of the old 3 Stooges episode, that I saw as a kid, where they had the line "Niagara Falls! Slowly we turn, step by step, inch by inch..." and the line was repeated throughout that one particular show. Now I know why they turned slowly. It was difficult to say good-bye to such a beautiful place.
Here is a picture of the rainbow as seen from the water, when we were on the Maid of the Mist.
We walked across this bridge into Canada, and there are many stories to tell about our journey.
People from Finland, Germany, India, China, as well as Canada and the glorious USA, touching each other's lives with words, smiles and a common appreciation for this world's beauty.

It's so cool to meet people from all parts of the world and realize we are all just "people" isn't it? Glad you enjoyed the Falls. And Glad I didn't have to get you out of that Canadian jail:)
Picture is great of the two of you.
Flowers are beautiful as well.
